Removed a closet & pantry to install a new half-bathroom in this 1911 Minneapolis home. Project included framing & drywall, new electrical, new sink plumbing, moved plumbing for toilet, installed vent, installed wall tile & floor tile, lights and hardware.

New subfloor, tile flooring, & base tile with edge trim; vinyl flooring (no padding) glued to wall & PVC white trim; custom made shelf replacing old medicine cabinet; new toilet, faucets, mirror, lights, shower rod, & curtain; painted existed vanity & replaced hardware.

Replaced floor & shower tile; removed old drop ceiling in shower; new lights; painted vanity, ceiling, & walls; remade wall cabinet to open shelving.

Removed narrow & steep Dutch-inspired secondary staircase from the kitchen to an upstairs bedroom. Freed up about 55 sq. ft. of floor space making both rooms bigger & much more functional

Refinished existing wood, made custom Craftsman Newell post from picture, installed new wrought iron spindles.

Fresh coat of paint on this front door; painted existing door handle; installed a new key pad dead bolt.
